平日18時過ぎ。
五反田で一仕事を終え、その足で五反田の飲屋街へ。
本日お伺いしたのは大崎橋を渡ってすぐのところにあるこちらのお店。
焼鳥推しのお店ながら様々な種類のおつまみも揃えてあり万人受けしそうですね。
訪問時には既に7割ほどの席が埋まっており人気のほどが伺えます。
時間帯によってはハッピーアワーをやっていたり、コースで飲み放題があったりとお得なサービスもあるのでいいですね。コスパもいいので最高です！
今回注文したのは上記の通りです。
印象的だったものをレビュー致します。
▼ハツ刺し
低温調理されたハツに胡麻油と塩ダレのネギ、柚子胡椒が添えられています。
ハツのブリブリ感と歯応えの良さ。塩ダレネギとの相性は抜群でぺろっと食べれるほど。
いい塩梅の味付けなのでお酒が進む進む。
味変の柚子胡椒はほんと少しでOK。香りたつ風味がよく胡麻油とのハーモニーがより食欲をそそりますね。
▼塩もつ煮込み
オススメメニューだけあって、これは絶対注文したほうがいい一品ですね。
もつの煮込み具合がよくホロホロの状態。口に入れるとすぐとけてなくなる食感は間違いなくみんな好きでしょう。
塩スープは濃厚かつまろやか。ご飯がほしくなりますね笑。
胡椒がピリッと効いてより美味しい。
3~4人だとすぐに食べ切れるサイズなので追加してみてもいいと思いますよ！

いい焼き加減でほどよいレアです。
紅ふじ鶏等を使用していてけっこうジューシーな鶏肉に感じます。
質の悪いレバーはパサつき感が嫌になりますが、ここのレバーはパサつかないレバーで好きな人は多そうです。私は好きです笑。

店内は喫煙可のためおタバコ吸われる方には居心地もいいかも？笑。
当たりだった居酒屋さんなのでまだ行かれたことのない方は是非！
