この日は平日のオープン時間、16時と共に訪問です。
店内は開放的で居心地がよい雰囲気です。

名物生レモンサワー（499円）
まずは名物生レモンサワーで乾杯です
シャリキンをしっかりと溶かしていただきます。
最後まで冷たいままで飲めるのがいいですよね♪
お通しはしっかり塩味が効いた枝豆。
暑い日は枝豆に限るッ！！！
ズッキーニ（275円）
まずは串焼きのズッキーニからいただきます。
シャックシャクの食感、言わずもがなですね〜
かなりあっつ熱です！！
強めな塩加減、抜群の味付けですね〜。
ミノチャンジャ（539円）
甘辛い味わいで、ミノ独特の弾力ある食感がたまりません！
これはツマミだな。
甘めなので辛いものが苦手な人にもオススメです。
ニラの苦味とシャキシャキ感、甘辛いキムチが相性抜群ですよ

すじともつの両方が入っています！
もつは柔らかくぷりっぷりで、しっかり味が入っていますよ
プルプルで柔らかく、噛むほどに甘みが溢れます。
すじは食感強め、食べ応えあるな〜〜！
白濁のスープがかなり濃厚で、とろっとろなんです❣️
出汁が溢れまくっていますね〜。

ナチョスのカリカリ感が心地よいです。
ビネガーソースのようなまろやかでコクのある酸味が効いています◎

濃厚な香ばしいごま油がたっぷりとかかっています。
シャキシャキなねぎと、なめらかな口当たり、ゆずごしょうの爽やかさがマッチしています
