We mainly serve Matsusaka beef red meat and female Japanese black beef fillets. Ingredients are purchased from Yoshizawa Livestock in the Tokyo Meat Market, which is famous for purchasing Matsusaka beef. Offal is delivered directly from Shibaura, so it is extremely fresh. You can also enjoy tongue and skirt steak, which are domestically produced.
