平日のランチに訪問。実家から近いのだが、店内には初め入った。好物の2品がハーフ&ハーフで頂ける表題をご飯半分で、プライベートだったのでサッポロの瓶ビールもオーダーした。担々麺のスープは胡麻とナッツが強く、麻辣や醤油感は穏やかだ。麺は中庸な多加水の細麺で、炸醤からは甲殻類のような味もする。初動はインパクトに欠けるが、スープに炸醤が馴染んでくると徐々に深みが出て結構美味しい。麻婆豆腐は保温機から装われたのだろうか。やや温い。甜麺醤や豆豉醬が前に出た味わいで、豆板醤的な辛味は来ない。麻辣は控えめで油脂感は程々だ。絹豆腐や他の具材も普通だった。会計の際に中瓶のビールが880円だと知った。料理店としてもややお高めな部類だろうか。内装はそこそこだったが、味や接客は微妙なレベルであり、中途半端な立ち位置に感じてしまった。店頭の600円弁当は中々魅力的だったので、機会があれば試してみよう。
