先日のお昼ご飯は、大崎ゲートシティのグリーンパッタイさん！
珍しく大崎駅付近でお仕事が入り、大崎ゲートシティのB1にあった、こちらのグリーンパッタイ大崎店さんに伺いました
大崎って駅からこういったビル群にデッキで繋がってて、アクセスが良くってすごく都会的ですよね
オーダー
⭐︎グリーンパッタイ サラダ&スープ付き
本当はカオマンガイを食べようかと思って入ったのですが、メニューを見たら『当店の名前にもなった緑色の麺と野菜、エビを炒める特製焼きそば。おすすめ！』の文字が、、、
オススメには乗ってみるタチのため、即方針変更してオーダー
なにが練り込んであって緑色なのかは分かりませんが、ちょっと薬草っぽい香りがします。ちょっと味自体が物足りないカナなんて思いましたが、目の前に「クルアン・プルン」がちゃんと置いてある
西洋料理なんかでは料理人が味付けした料理をそのまま食べますが、タイでは「辛み」「甘み」「酸み」「塩み」を自分好みに調整するのが当たり前で、それが習慣なのだそう
行ったことはありませんが
プリック・ポン(唐辛子)、ナンプラー、プリック・ナムソム(唐辛子入り酢)を投入して、自分好みに調整完了
