蓮根のシャクシャク感が楽しい。
臭みが無く旨味たっぷりだから
ワインとの相性抜群！
・いぶりがっこクリームチーズ
ワインコインなの嬉しい。
日本酒のイメージだったけど
白ワインとも案外合うね。

魅力的で独創的なメニューが多くて
オーダーするのにめちゃくちゃ悩んだ！
