大崎駅近くにできた手打ちそば わかすぎさん
自宅近く車で通る際に気にはなっていたが
外観からは小料理屋かと思っていたが
よくみると控えめに
手打ちそばの文字が目にはいり
車を止め急いで訪問
...
このお店の肉蕎麦は、親鶏の肉が使われています。
コリコリしたちょっと硬い食感と、手打ち蕎麦のさわやかな喉越しがめちゃくちゃマッチして、やみつきになりました。
大崎周辺ではこんな感じでしょうか。
醤油の香りが先に来ます。
一般的な蕎麦屋と比較して、少しボリューム少ないかな
天ぷらそばをいただきました。天ぷらはカラッと揚がっていてとても美味しかったですね。
蕎麦自体は美味しいのですが蕎麦つゆに深みが無かったので、3.3にしました。
蕎麦の香りはそこそこだが、麺質が良い。次は普通のざる蕎麦を食べてみる。
