平日のランチ、気になっていたこちらに。
ランチメニューを見ると1000円のせいろと、残りは1500円の天せいろなど。
このあたりでは強めの価格帯です。
温かいそばもできるとのことで、
・かけ 大盛 1000円 (税込)
をお願いしました。
おまけ付きとのことですが、とろろがついており、気分はとろろそばです。
そばは太めでしっかりした食感で好み。
ダシも美味しくこのそばとのバランスも良いものでした。
途中で、とろろや山椒を加えて味変していったのですが、この山椒もなんだか良さそうな風味。
シンプルながら随所にこだわっているように感じられました。
この価格帯、夜なら良いですが、昼は例えば1200円くらいのセットがあるともっと使いやすいと感じました。
