2021年12月13日、ひとりで初訪問。
大崎センタービル2階の中華料理店。
左隣は、丸亀製麺でしたが、閉店されました。
ランチに右隣の『てけてけ』さんに伺うつもりでしたが、こちらを見つけて飛び込んでみました。
以前は、『珍麻家 』さんだったっけ…。
調べてみると、荒川区町屋に姉妹店があります。
店内の雰囲気は、以前と変わらぬ中華屋さんぽい造 りのまんまです。
ランチメニューは、
・ラーメン(600円)
・タンメン(780円)
・ニラレバ炒め定食(800円)
・黒酢のスブタ定食(850円)
・エビと玉子のチリソース煮定食(880円)
・日替わりラーメン+半チャーハンセット(880円)
・麻婆丼+半ラーメンセット(880円)
・坦々麺+半炒飯orミニ麻婆丼(880円)
などなど。
頂いたのは、
『チャーハン+ワンタンスープ』(850円)…シンプルなチャーハンは、卵、チャーシュー、ネギ、ニンジンなど。
パラパラで、あっさりとした味つけで、食べ飽きないお味です。
ワンタンスープは、ワンタンは、ぷりぷりのワンタンに、肉がギュッと詰まっていて食べ応えがありました。
スープは、醤油味で刻んだネギマがたっぷり。
中華ハムと鶏ガラかな？
これまたあっさりしていますが、旨味もそこそこあります。

大崎センタービルは、お洒落なオフィスビルで、外部からの集客はイマイチですが、大衆中華の価格で人気を集めています。
セットメニューのボリュームは大したものです。
ランチメニューに、もう少し高価格でも、海老や蟹のチャーハンや点心が充実したら嬉しいかも。
黒酢のスブタ食べてみたいと思います。
