初の夜訪問。
コース料理＆飲み放題＠4,500円
結局飲み放題を延長したので5,000円だったかな？
【前菜】 本日の前菜＠茶碗蒸し（まさか月水木とすべて茶碗蒸し出てくるとは（笑））
【冷菜】 胡麻かんぱち
【鮮菜】 半熟玉子の和風シーザーサラダ
【串】 本日の厳選焼鳥（何だったかな？塩）
【串】 本日の厳選焼鳥（何だったかな？タレ）
【揚物】 若鶏のチキン南蛮
【メイン】 白湯出汁の炊き餃子
【食事】 黒胡椒のスパイス焼きそば
【甘味】 塩アイスクリーム
料理は結構良かった。
延長しなければ値段も安いし、これからも使うかも。

3回目のランチ訪問。
3種類の主菜の内残った1つ、鶏もも肉のきじ焼きを。
副菜は、叩きキュウリのバンバンジー、鶏出汁茶碗蒸し
きじ焼きは、ふっくら柔らかでジューシー。
味は美味しい。
ただ、またご飯ときじ焼きが冷めてた。味噌汁は熱々ではなく、一口目から飲める温度。
今回は部分的に冷たかったわけではなく、配膳までに冷めたものと推測。
オーダー取らなくて良いからか、ホールは2名。
でも、オーダー無くても、お茶のお願いなどで、呼び止める人多数。
この日は結構な人の入り。確かに過去2回より出てくるまで時間がかかった。
冷めた原因はその辺にありそう。
味は良いので頑張ってほしい。

ワインホールグラマーの跡地。
少し前に閉店しリニューアル工事をしていて、焼鳥屋が出店すると壁に貼ってあって
この日がグランドオープンだった模様。
元の店同様ダイヤモンドダイニングのお店。
前日の8/31もプレだったのかランチはやっていたけど、
この店完全キャッシュレスで、クレジットカードのみという仕様。
8/31は、千円札1枚持ってランチに出たのでやむなく他へ。
今回ちゃんとお財布持って♪
店内は以前と違ってだいぶシックで落ち着いたインテリア。
ランチメニューは、
主菜3種類から1つ選んで、副菜5種類から2つ選ぶプリフィクス。
そこに、当日精米のご飯と鶏出汁味噌汁、玉子焼き、漬物がセット。
お値段はどれを選んでも1,000円ジャスト。
今回は、主菜をげんこつから揚げ。
副菜をトマトのお浸し土佐酢ゼリーと、和牛メンチカツ。
ご飯は小を選択。
オーダーはスマホで。
その時にニックネームを入れるのですが、出てきたときその名前で呼ばれるので変なのは入れない方が無難。
苗字で入れておいて正解だった（笑）
肝心の味はというと、前のワインホールグラマーより全然美味しい。
ただ！
ご飯と和牛メンチが冷めてたというか冷たくなってた。
出来上がって配膳待ちの間、左側に空調でも当たってたのか？
味噌汁は温かかったし、一緒に行った部下は温かいとの事なので運悪かったのかも。
冷たくても和牛メンチは美味しかったので、熱々が食べたかった。。。
メインの唐揚げは可もなく不可もなく。
とりあえず、一通り食べてみよう。
夜のオーダーは緊急事態宣言が明けたら試してみよう。
便利そうな気もするし、不便そうな気もするし。
でも、カードのみってのはちょっとマイナス。
スイカや各種Pay系も搭載してほしいな。
ただ、決済端末1個だと待ちが発生しちゃうわな。
でも、そうすれば、スマホだけで食べに来れるのに。
今後の課題はありそうだけど、ランチ後レジに並ばなくて良いのは非常に良い。
席で決済して出るだけというのはストレスフリーなのは間違いない。
他にも夜は、ドリンクの値段が「ダイナミックプライシング」との事。
時間帯によって料金が変動するそう。
ハッピーアワーを何段階かにしたようなものなのかな？
元々そんなに高そうな店じゃないなかで、どう変化するかは自分で体験してみよう♪

Wednesday, January 24, 2024 Second night visit. Last time it was a course. This time it's a la carte. I noticed this for the first time. Although it is a smartphone order, you can register each name and pay only for yourself. You can order individually or pay all at once.A la carte dishes are also quite delicious. However, it's not as cheap as I thought (lol) I do end up ordering quite a few drinks though.
