九州からの旅行。ちょっと遅めの夕食(家族3人、21時テーブル席予約)で訪店。
レモンサワーをアルコールの濃さ、レモンの好みなど細かくカスタマイズ出来ることに感心した。同様にサラダもトッピングなど細かくオーダー出来る。まさにわたしのレモンサワー・サラダだ。
焼き鳥はつくね、レバー、ねぎまなどお好みで注文したがいずれも美味しかった。お通しとして茶碗蒸しとがんもが出てきたのが新鮮だった。
お店のこだわりに記載の通り色々と工夫が施されていて楽しい。自分のスマホでのセルフ注文・精算(支払い方法はクレジットカードのみ)の仕組みが目新しかった。クレカ支払いに抵抗がない方には明細付きの領収書もメール送信されるので安心。
