こちらのお店は商業施設内でも、80席もある他店舗よりも群を抜いて大きな焼き鳥屋さん。
店内はかなり清潔感が漂い、カウンター席も中央に配置されていて和風なテイストの内装も雰囲気良し。
特徴的なのは、完全キャッシュレス決済で注文方法はモバイルオーダーである事。
モバイルは各個人の携帯でQRを読み込み、それぞれが自由に食べたいものを注文できる。
おまけに決済もモバイル上で個別会計も出来る仕組みなので非常に便利。
ドリンクなどは、味の濃さなどが自由にカスタマイズできるのもGood！
それに加えてドリンクは入店する時間帯によって「ダイナミックプライシングシステム」を導入しているのでかなりお得！！

▷▷▷ 自分好みのラーメンにカスタマイズ可能。
今回はベースの味わいを「香味醤油」。
トッピングで「海苔」「蒸し鶏チャーシュー」「半熟煮卵」を追加。
厳選された鶏ガラから抽出した、濃厚で深いコクとまろやかな風味の贅沢鶏白湯スープは美味しい。
しかしながら、提供時に既にスープがぬるくなっていたのが何とも残念ポイント。
オニオンフライが乗せられているのだが、これが最初の内は食感を楽しめるが、途中ふやけてしまい味わいのバランスを崩してしまっていた様に感じた。
はなから乗せない方が美味しく食べれたかも、、、
