肉好きな私にピッタリのお店！！
大崎駅からほど近いゲートシティ大崎にあります。
今回は7000円コース料理

このお店のお皿どれも素敵✨って思ったら
お皿もグラスも全部Dior。
生卵の器はHermesのお皿でした。
『肉寿司』
サラダの次にいきなり肉寿司、
肉好きの好み分かってる～( *´∀`)σ")´Д` )ﾂﾝﾂﾝ
小皿に2個移し替えてみたら、お皿が素敵だから肉寿司もより映える。
『牛タン、ハラミ』
牛タン、ハラミも美しいけど、お皿もやっぱり美しい。
牛タンもハラミも大好き。
適度な厚みで食べ応えありました。
『上ミスジ、龍の卵』
龍の卵は赤っぽい黄身の卵。
Hermesのお皿に龍の卵。
上ミスジをサッと焼いて、龍の卵に絡ませて食べると絶品。
『カイノミ、クリ』
タレ物はカイノミとクリ。
わぁ肉の花やぁ～♪
ホント器が綺麗だと料理が更に映える！
融点が低いのでクドくなく食べやすくて美味しい！
融点低いと胃にももたれませんよね。
『デザート』
パイナップル。
かき氷のデザートは7月開始だそうです。
パイナップル、ちょうど良い熟し加減でした。
熟し加減も気を使って提供してくれているんだろうなぁ。
