初訪問。
大崎の再開発エリアに今年11月24日にオープンしたパン屋。高松屋とかあるエリアの近くです。
本格パン屋密集地帯の五反田とは異なり、パン屋不毛の地だった大崎。そんな大崎に出来た店なので地元民としては気になって(高松屋に行く時に前を通るので)ました。
のでパン買いに行ってきました。
新規オープン直後という事もありお客さんいっぱいだったみたいね。オヤツタイムに店に行ったらパンはほとんど残ってませんでした。カヌレやフィナンシェは残ってたけど。
残ってるパンの中から以下の品を購入。
フォッカッチャ(500円)
パン・ド・ミ(700円)
パン・ド・ミはけっこう良いね。油脂を加えたプレミアム食パンのタイプだが、よくありがちなわざとらしいまでの甘みとかはなく、しっかり小麦の風味を感じるややしっとり食感の食パン。流行りの多加水パンとも違うが、トーストした時のモッチリ感と耳んとこの美味しさは好き。
厚く切ってトーストして発酵バターと蜂蜜を塗布して美味しくいただきました。
だが………
平日の日中は仕事している私にとって、ここんちの日曜定休＆11時〜17時という営業スケジュールだと近くにあるのに全く使えない店に成り下がる。
せっかくsacriというアプリでパンの取り置き可能にしたトコで、17時までに取りに行けないのだから何の意味もない。
週末なら買いに行けるけど日曜営業してないし。
申し訳ないが、私は朝九時半から営業されてる「サンドイッチ&サラダ ニコ」さんの方を利用します。
