I read in a review that smoking was allowed (April 2005), but when I went there last summer, the owner didn't like cigarettes and the entire store was smoke-free. I know this for sure because the smoker who went with me went outside to smoke. |

初訪問です。友人との夕食のためにお伺いしました。
後から知ったのですが、ビブグルマン掲載店。
あまり写真を撮らなかったので後悔、、
家庭的な雰囲気のスパニッシュバル。料理のクオリティはとても高いです。
・干しいちじくとバター
・焼き長ネギのマリネ
・たこのぶつ切り ガリシア風
・鶏のつる肉とぼんじりの唐揚げ
・牡蠣と岩海苔の土鍋煮
・仔羊のソーセージ
・セルド・アラ・フランチャ(ポークソテー)
をいただきました。
最初に出てくるパンがふかふかの大きめで、
どのソースにも合う。
全体的に素材の味を生かした調理をされていて、
特に牡蠣と岩海苔の土鍋煮が美味しかったです。
ポークソテーは豚なので仕方ないですが、脂身の部分以外は少しパサつきが気になりましたが、どのお店でもそんな感じかなと思います。付け合わせの葡萄がマッチしていて美味しかったです。
寒かったので終始ハーブティーをいただいていましたが、おかわりをお願いするとカップを替えてくださる。
カウンターでありながら、サービスはホールの女性が一度受け取ってからサーブしてくださり、サービスもいいなと思いました。
またお伺いしたいお店です。
