予約全然取れず四苦八苦。
ジンギスカンは幼き頃から頂いている、
言わば私にとっての思い出であり、拘りが出てしまう1番難しい食事でもあります。
伺う前の食事が、ずっと牛牛牛で胃と舌を攻め立てていたので変化球で羊が食べたくなりました。
久しぶりにジンギスカンを頂きましたがやはり最高だと言わせてください。
クセになる旨味と脂と合わせて、野菜を頬張る。最高過ぎる。
カレーも美味しいんだよなぁ。(写真撮れず。)
今年もいっぱい肉食べるぞ。
