While cycling along the Meguro River, I discovered an interesting shop! Apparently there is Restaurants towards the back, but the front entrance is a shop where you can buy cheese, herm, pasta, etc., so I decided to go inside. I was wondering if they had guanciale (pork cheek meat), which I don't often see in many good supermarkets, so when I went in, they had it! I thought it was a good place for one shot, and then I was asked how many grams I would like to put in. Most of them were 150g, so I ordered 100g, and the person who looked like the owner-chef in charge of cutting came out and was about to cut it. ``Would you like to have 150g for the price of 100g?'' I received a generous and unexpected service, and I instantly became a fan of this shop! I would like to visit Restaurants next time. I came across a wonderful shop!
