お花見シーズン、中目黒の桜道を抜けたその先に。
閑静な住宅街に入りかけた場所にあります。
エントランスには、鯉の泳ぐ池があります。
HIGASHIYAの手がける和食のお店。
凛とした佇まいは、ここでも感じられます。
まずは梅のスカッシュで乾杯。
▼空豆、ホワイトアスパラ
先付けは、シンプルなお野菜。
空豆には豆乳のソース。やさしい味わい。
ホワイトアスパラは、シャキッとした食感。
▼サラダ
シンプルなサラダ。上には牛蒡を揚げたチップス。
フルーツトマトは甘くておいしい。
▼白魚と山菜の天ぷら
揚げ物は天ぷら。
山菜の苦みが春の訪れを感じさせます。
▼お肉
牛肉をやわらかく煮込んだ主菜。箸で切れるやわらかさ。
山椒で風味づけされており、甘みの中にスパイシーな味わい。
▼ご飯＆お味噌汁
ご飯はほどよく少なめ。これがデフォルトなのは嬉しいな。
赤味噌のお味噌汁。出汁の味わいもよいです。

バニラアイスとあんこがベースの最中。
春らしく桜の塩漬けが入っています。
お腹がもたれずに丁度いい。ごちそうさまでした。
