マハカラ2011-04-17テーマ：中目黒こんにちは
昨日はいい天気でしたので、中目黒へスイーツさんぽしてきました
目的は目黒川沿いにある、マハカラというお店
先日、こちらのプリンが美味しいと聞いたので早速確かめに
プリンだけではなく夜は居酒屋もやっており、
いか玉焼きという美味しそうなメニューもありましたよ
いか玉焼きもプリンも卵はすべて兵庫県加古川産の「日本一の卵」を使用しており、
「究極」にこだわり続けているそうです
卵黄たっぷりで濃厚な「うれしいプリン」\350と
白身5に対して卵黄1の「白プリン」\350
「抹茶プリン」、「かぼちゃプリン」など4種類のプリンがありました
私が選んだのは、「かぼちゃプリン」
かぼちゃの味が超濃厚でおいしいんです
舌触りはツルツルというより、ざらざらで溶けていくような感じ
濃厚なのに、いい意味で口にいつまでも残らないので
さっぱりといただけました
美味しいお店をまたひとつ発見してしまいました
お店の前に行列が出来ていたのも、納得です
定番のプリンのほかに、
季節によって色々なプリンが登場するそうですよ
居酒屋がやっていない時間帯、プリンはテイクアウト専門のよう
手土産にもいいし、プリンを食べながら、目黒川を散歩したら楽しそうですね
