再訪。
とはいえ、今日はコチラの看板料理「イカ玉焼き」や 独創的な串揚げを頂きに来たわけではない。
実はコチラの店、店頭でプリンの販売をしているので それ目当ての訪問なのです。
販売しているプリンは 隣のプリン屋「マハカラ」さんのプリン。 そう、プリン屋さんと串揚げ屋さん どちらも「マハカラ」さんなんですよね。
マハカラさんのプリン、私の好きなタイプのプリンなので何度も買いに行ってるのですが プリン屋さんの営業が夜６時までと 早め閉店なのがネック。
ですが、夜６時以降は 串揚げ屋さんのほうでプリン販売してくれるので 非常に助かります。
人気商品のため、夜だと売り切れの品があったりしますが 近くで夕飯食べた後に手土産購入のため寄ってみるのもよろしいかと。
通年メニューの「うれしいプリン」は バニラやラム酒といった香料やリキュールを使わないで、玉子の味で勝負する しっかり目のプリン。カラメルの味すら控えめにして 玉子で勝負する潔さが好き。卵黄比率が高いため 濃密な玉子感を味わえます。
季節メニューも春夏秋冬ありますが、個人的には うれしいプリンが一番好きですね。
串揚げをいただいてないので評価は無しにしておきます。
