がっつん麺 1000円（大盛り+100円）で計1100円をいただいた。
これがウリ！というので注文。
注文時横浜家系よろしく 麺の硬さ / スープの濃さ / 脂の量を聞かれるシステム。
8分ほどで着丼。
こぼれ防止か丼2枚。
具材がっつりのった存在感有る1品。
全部普通で注文したためかスープにそれほどガッツリ感はない。
ガッツリ感を感じたかったらスープ濃いめを頼むと良いと思いますよ。
麺は中太といよりやや太め、もちもち。
野菜はもやしやキャベツが中央にどっさと。どこかの野菜マシマシほどいらないのでちょうどよい。
お肉はとろみの有るでっかいチャーシューと角煮がのってます。
あとは海苔が3枚、ホウレン草、中央に白く背脂が覆うようにかかってます。
煮卵は半割されたものが挿し置く感じか
なかなか個性的。
麺の強い食感と味変させながらのスープで完食。
しょうが・コマ・辛味噌、と順に足していきました。
カエシの強さは最初に濃いめを頼めばいいですね それでバランスが取れる気がします。
ちょっと驚いたのは「いらっしゃいませ」が聞こえない、なんならお客さんが立ってごちそうさまって出ても挨拶はなかった。愛想はないので歓迎されてないのかと感じました。
それはそういうもんだと割り切って深夜でもガッツリ食べたいという需要に応えているお店かと。
