祐天寺のパティスリー・スリールでケーキ。
青空パティスリー3軒目は祐天寺のパティスリー・スリールのケーキにしました。こちらも百名店に入ってる人気店ですね。
こちらでは以下4点購入しました。
モンテリヴェール
ガトーフレーズ
ペリゴール
フロマージュクリュ
をチョイスしました。
モンテリヴェール ピスタチオのムースがめちゃ美味しい。中にはベリーも入っていてアクセントとしてもいい。ピスタチオ好きにはたまらないケーキだと思います。
ガトーフレーズ シンプルなショートケーキで安定してると言う印象。
ペリゴール 見た目は重そうだが全然重さはないです。クリームチーズとクルミの相性がとても良く、食感もいいケーキでした。
フロマージュクリュ 個人的にかなり好きなレアチーズケーキでした。チーズ感はそこまで強い感じではないのでチーズ苦手な人でも食べれそう。最近レアチーズケーキが好みでよく買うのですが、こちらのフロマージュクリュもかなり好きな味でした。美味しいです。
全体的に安定感ある美味しいケーキでした。
