平日の１２時近くに行きました。
女性薬膳師が調合する生薬たっぷりの薬膳カレー店です。冬は身体を温める、夏は熱を放出させるなど、季節に合わせ配合しています。緑色の当帰の生薬はココだけのオリジナルです。
気軽に寄れるカフェ風の店内です。壁には空気清浄作用がある素材を使用しています。ランチのドリンクはセルフサービスで、お水、ウーロン茶、コーヒーがお替わり自由です。
注文したのは、
『かくらカレー（１０００円）』
揚げ野菜（３５０円）をトッピングしました。胃の働きを良くする生薬が入った鶏出汁仕立てです。鶏出汁にニンニク、生姜、シナモンなどが香り高いカレーに揚げ野菜がたっぷり入っています（＾ｕ＾）自慢のカレーは２７種類のスパイス、ハーブ、漢方素材をブレンドしています。じっくり炒めたタマネギなど１２種の野菜・果物を使い、５日間かけて完成します。ルーに溶け込んだ野菜の旨みやスパイスの風味がクセになるおいしさです♪温かさが持続するのもいいです(^O^)
