目黒川沿い、落ち着いた大人の雰囲気が漂うお店が数軒…そのうちの一軒。今から焼き鳥…いや焼鶏を頂こう！と気分も上がる。メニューから焼鶏を中心にアラカルト注文。
「あきらの白菜サラダ」
まずはベジファーストということでサラダを頂く。特に特徴ないサラダですが、さっぱりしたドレッシングと、塩こぶがシャキシャキの白菜と合う…ホントにシャキシャキでみずみずしい。これは美味しい！
「宮崎郷土料理・骨付き鶏」
炎が上がるほどの炭火で焼き上げた、炭の香りが漂う、弾力ある歯応えが素晴らしい。味付けも塩味がシンプルで美味しい！備え付けの自家製ポン酢も合うし、甘タレ、辛タレも美味しい。
「嬉野やっこ」
もっちりした歯応えに、ほんのり甘い味わいがデザート感覚で、嬉野温泉の甘めの湯豆腐のよう…これまた美味しい。
「鶏南蛮揚げ」
カリカリの皮にジューシーな肉、唐揚げとしても美味しいが、自家製タルタルソースを絡めると尚美味しい。このタルタルは後ほど出番あり。何にでも合う。
「ささみ明太巻き」
メニューには載ってなかった季節の一品？さっぱりしたささみと明太子が合うし、巻かれている海苔もパリパリで美味しい。海苔は有明産とのことで、これは美味い…ホントすぐなくなってしまった。
「鶏・野菜ミックス焼き」
今日は九州産の鶏のいろいろな部位を炭の強火で一気に焼いて頂く。鶏も美味しいし、ポン酢、塩、タレを絡めて更に美味しく頂ける。野菜も脇役ではない…茄子が美味しい。アスパラもオクラも！焼き野菜にして塩で頂くのもよいがタレも美味しいし、タルタルも合う！
「ヴェルサイユの地卵かけごはん」
卵は濃いめ、醤油をかけて頂く。他の卵との違いは分かりませんが…美味しい！二杯くらいはいけそう。スープも体にも良さそうで味が濃厚。寒い日の朝に飲みたい！
鶏を中心とした料理に、種類豊富なお酒を頂く。お酒を少し飲み過ぎてしまいましたが(お酒は少し高め？)、美味しい料理とお酒を楽しめる、とても良いお店です。２軒隣に系列店もあって、他にもたくさんお店があるそうです。これから何度も伺ってみたい、そんなお店でした。
