中目黒から10分くらい歩いた路地にあるお店。
病院の近くです。
グルメな方のおすすめ店に初訪問しました。
前菜の盛り合わせは、エビにタコにカルパッチョ。
ブッラータに生ハム。贅沢です。
エビがとろけました。
白子はトマトとのソテーとムニエルと両方オーダー。
ムニエルのサクサクとろ～りとトマトの酸味と白子のコク、両方とも美味しかった。
トリュフがけのビスマルク。
ハムの塩気、トリュフの香り、とろっとした卵。
釜で焼きたてのピザはさすがの美味しさでした。
はまぐりとポルチーニのフェットチーネ
大きなはまぐりが贅沢。ポルチーニもたっぷりでフェットチーネと絡んで美味しい。
イカスミパスタはからすみと！
からすみの塩加減が絶妙。
鹿肉のソテーはソースが本当に美味しくて、ミディアムレアな鹿と合います。下のマッシュポテトも素晴らしく美味しかった。
ラムは苦手なので、写真だけ。
デザートも選んで盛り合わせました。
お酒たっぷりのババ、セミフレッドなどなどどれも少しずつシェアできて楽しめてよかった。
ワインも4本ほどあけ、よく食べよく飲みました。
店員さんがサバサバとサーブしてくれて、シェフは面白くて気づけば3時間以上。
アラカルトだったけれど、これだけ食べて飲んで15000円。
破格だと思います。
