ボクは刀削麺をトウサクメンとずっと思っておりました(￣ω￣; ヾ(-_-;)ｵｲ
恥ずかしいのは読み方だけでは無く食べた事も無かったのです(/-＼*)
昔からこちらの刀削麺の看板に何度入ろうとしていた事やら・・・
店内は昼ならではの混雑で相席、しばらく待つとデブ故に可哀想に見えたのか、奥の方が涼しいよって案内してくれます、ホスピ感◎
メヌー一番上の、牛肉刀削麺とセット＋150円で炒飯をチョイス！
牛肉刀削麺は薄めの味付けで出汁感も薄いです、この系はやはり酢と辛味を入れてとなるのでしょうか？作る所が見えませんでしたが、刀削麺はヌルヌルシコシコで不揃いの麺の歯触りが良かったです
炒飯も味は薄目でした、もっと旨み調味料使って貰う方が好みですね。
恐らくですが、辛い系がもっと美味しいと予想されるお店でした(*^^)
