祐天寺駅から徒歩5分程度。駒沢通り沿いにあるお蕎麦屋さんです。
座席はテーブルのみの24席。内装は上品で落ち着いた雰囲気です。
夜は蕎麦屋飲みとかもいいんでしょうね。12時過ぎは満席で列ができてました。
頼んだのは鱧天ぷらせいろ。素敵な梅肉付きです。
このお店のウリは何といっても手打ちそば。
左奥には製粉と打ち場があり、コシがあり、喉越しもよいそばです。
太さが不揃いなところもいい味出してます。
つゆはかつお出汁の香りが優しく鼻に届きます。
やや薄口のため蕎麦の香りを損なわず、
浸すとつゆの出汁を楽しめるバランス感が美味しいです。
鱧天ぷらは、梅肉でも塩でも楽しみます。
アットホームな接客も相まって、
地元に愛される手打ち蕎麦屋さんでした。
