友人の誕生日会で利用しました。
目黒川沿いにあり、木造家屋の雰囲気が素敵なはし田屋さん。
この時期は桜を見ながら食事ができるのでなかなか予約が取れないそうです。
この日は桜祭り限定コースをいただきました。
鶏の刺身、鶏の甘辛手羽などさっぱりした鶏や濃いめの鶏、色々味わえてどれもとても美味しいです！
鶏白湯スープの水炊きは今まで食べた水炊きの中で1番美味しい水炊きでした。スープが豚骨ラーメンのように濃厚でスープだけで飲み干せてしまう美味しさ!!〆にちゃんぽん麺でいただきます。
鶏料理にあうワインも豊富で美味しかった！
コースだけでは物足りず、単品料理も追加。
特に厚揚げは感動！
豆腐がふわっとしていました。
2階の桜が見えるお席は早めの予約が良さそうです。
店長さんより系列店が六本木にもあると聞きました。
