中目黒にある豚骨ラーメン専門店です。
店内はコの字カウンターで、店主さんのワンオペ。
券売機でデフォルトのらーめんを購入して席に着きました。
固さは細かく選べますが、今日は普通でオーダー。
茹で時間も短いのであっという間の着丼です(^-^)
スープを頂くと、ちゃんと豚骨の香りが漂う一杯！
ややタレの味が前に出ている感じですが、スタンダードに楽しめる豚骨です。
麺は極細ストレート。
ちょっと平凡な印象で、スープにメインを持ってかれてる気も多少します。
個人的には次は固めでいいかも(メモ)。
具材はチャーシュー、メンマ、きくらげ、ネギ。
チャーシューは二枚で、ややトロみがあるタイプ。
ネギがしっかり入っているのは嬉しいですね。
卓上はらーめんタレ、ごま、コショー、ニンニクペースト。
…と思ったら、私の前以外には紅しょうがも置いてあるようでした(笑)
私は不要なのでセーフ(^_^;)
ニンニクペーストはもうちょいフレッシュだと嬉しいかなと思います。
他のお店より突出してるわけでもないですが、
逆に普通の豚骨ラーメンが食べたくなったらありがたいお店だと思います(^-^)
