フランス人シェフのジェローム・ケネル氏と奥さんの椛澤ご夫婦が2006年中目黒に開業したパティスリー。
ジェローム氏はこれまで「ラデュレ」「ピエール・エルメ」「プラザ・アテネ」など数々の有名店に在籍。
この訪問の数ヶ月後2020.6月に2号店の武蔵小山店もオープン。
