中目黒駅から歩いて３分ほどのところにあるスペインバル
１階はハイチェアーのカウンターがメイン
調理場の目の前だからライブ感ある
料理はスペイン郷土料理がベースで、豊富なタパスに定番のパエリアやフィデウア、炭火焼といった感じ
牛もつの煮込みのカジョスや、肉団子入りスープのアルボンディガスなど聞き馴染みのない名前のものも多くて、現地流の料理にこだわってるんだなぁ
飲み物は、自然派ワインが白赤ともに５種類前後あるだけでなく、シェリー酒が１０種類近くあってすごく豊富だった！
カクテル系もアニスなどのスパイス、ハーブを使ったものが多くてこだわり感じた

旨味がぎゅっと凝縮されていてシンプルだけどほんとに美味しい
素材の味が生きていてプロだなあと感じる味です
具材はムール貝、ハマグリ、烏賊、海老
【チチャロネス】￥650
軽く火を通した豚バラ肉を薄くスライスした冷たいタパス
ほんのり効いた塩味と自然な甘みが感じられる
聞きなれない名前だけど食べやすい

素朴なアーモンドケーキ
食べ応えある
パエリアなど誰もが知ってる料理から、馴染みのない郷土料理まで隙のないおいしさでした
どれも食べやすい味だと思うし、でもやっぱりパエリヤは必食だなぁ
見た目はシンプルでも素材が活きていて食べてみると想像を越えてくる
今回食べなかった炭火焼のイベリコ・ベジョータとかもおいしいだろうなぁ
あとお酒が豊富なのも本当に楽しい
まぁ店名にバルってついてるくらいだからねぇ
シェリー酒が甘口から辛口まで何種類もあってグラスで飲めるとこってあんま多くないんじゃないかな
店内の雰囲気も粋
カジュアルだけど味は抜群だしリーズナブルだし、おさけも豊富でいいお店です！
