ノスタルジックな店内がthe町中華で良き。
おばちゃん3人で切り盛りしていて、ほっこり。

餃子は超シンプルで美味い
餡は野菜多めでニンニクも効いてる。
焼き目がカリッとしてるのが良き◎

茄子がとろっとろで激ウマ
麻婆茄子とはちょっと違うんだけど、ピリッと辛くてこの浮いた油がたまらんのよね。
炒飯はわりと薄味なんだけど、なんか美味い。
コシヒカリを使用していて、お米自体も美味しい
シンプルだけどしっかり油コーティングされててしっとり系。

この茄子炒めの餡に炒飯ダイブさせるのが背徳的に美味いんですよ❣️

罪な味がしました
大ボリュームの油淋鶏と唐揚げもめっちゃ気になったけど、女子二人だったので断念
