祐天寺駅、目黒税務署近くにある台湾料理のお店。難しい漢字だけど「匯豐齋」と書いて「えほうさい」と読みます。
割と広い店内には、かなりのお客さんが入っていました。丸テーブルに座ります。
ランチメニューは定食950円が13種類、麺類やご飯ものが34種類と多彩。目移りしちゃいますが、今日の目的は魯肉飯。
「ルーロー飯ください」「それは②番の台湾風ひき肉かけごはんになります」と言われ、

をオーダー。挽肉というとそぼろごはんみたいだけど、これでいいのかな。
ビールジョッキに入った氷水と、ミニサラダと小皿が出てきます。サラダは端野菜みたいで硬くて美味しくない。小皿には、驚きのミニ鶏からあげが2個。当然揚げ置きなので冷たいし、こんな小さなからあげよく作るなあ。
ルーロー飯到着。1㎝角くらいに切った豚肉が乗っています。挽肉のそぼろじゃなくてよかった。「魯肉飯」というと角煮ご飯のイメージですよね。早速食べてみると、甘辛の豚肉の味付けは意外とあっさり。もっと濃い角煮的な味を期待してたけど、かなりあっさりさっぱりです。八角の香りも控えめで逆に台湾っぽい。
タレと油がご飯にたっぷり浸み込んでいて、ご飯が熱々で、量もたっぷり。がつがつ食べられます。
茹でた海老が2尾乗っています。これは味がないので、ちょっと醤油を垂らして食べたら美味しかった。
目玉焼きは半熟なので、黄身を豚肉に絡めて食べると美味いです。青菜は味が付いていないので、あっさり味がさらに薄まっちゃいますね。
ワカメたっぷりの美味しいスープを飲みながら完食しました。
すごくあっさりとした味付けの魯肉飯でした。今まで食べた魯肉飯の中で一番薄味だったかも。でも食べていると箸が止まらない感じで、食べやすい。これが本場台湾風なのでしょう。毎日食べるにはこのくらいの方がよさそうだ。ご飯は多かったけど、さっぱり食べられました。
ランチメニューは日本人向けの名前が多いけど、「台湾～」という料理は本格台湾料理みたいです。臭豆腐とか本場の料理を頼んだら実力を発揮しそうなお店です。いろいろ食べてみたい。
