しかも、こちらのドーサ、
かわいい円錐形で登場。
巻き込んであるので、外側はカリカリ、
中はしっとり。
4種の薬味もついてきます。
２、チキンティカマサラ

チキンのクリームソース焼きのカレー
定番ですが、こっくりとしたコクがあり、
鶏肉も柔らか。
３、チーズとほうれん草のカレー
お豆腐のような角切りチーズがたっぷり。
クセのない、あっさりしたチーズです。
しっかり、スパイスも効いていて美味。
アーユルベーダに基づいた、美と健康の料理。
免疫力アップにもよさそうです。
