「カフェ ラ ミル」や「ニナス」、「マカメドウズ」などの飲食店を経営する「Les Dux(レドゥ)が展開している
「フランスの大衆食文化を伝える」をコンセプトに掲げるレストラン。
内装、カトラリー、メニューからサービスに至るまでフレンチスタイルを追求しており
「日本じゃないみたい」な雰囲気は、フランス語のオーダーを交わすスタッフやフランスのポスター、赤い椅子や壁に貼られた鏡という内装によって作り出されています。
カフェでも、ブラッスリーとしてでも利用でき
ブーランジェリーではフランスの日常の味にこだわったフレンチ風のパンが並んでいます。
中目黒・東山にある店舗はパンがメイン。
朝8時からオープンし、出勤前に立ち寄る人もちらほら。サンドイッチ、ヴィエノワズリー、ハードとさまざまな人の好みに合ったパンを購入することができます。

ソフトサラミとゆで卵、グリーンカール、マヨネーズのサンドウィッチ
パンは牛乳入りでやわらかく優しい風味です
このサンドイッチ、びっくりするくらいおおきい！間に挟まるゆで卵はすべて端っこではなく中心部分というところにも感動します。
ヴィエノワはふんわり、ミルクの風味が甘く優しく癒されます。マヨネーズソースはたっぷりですが、味の主張が強すぎないのでサラミの肉にくしさも堪能できます。ボリューミーながら胃に重すぎないところも嬉しかったです。
ハードパンもとても気になるのでいつか別の店舗でも購入してみたいです！
