中目黒から少し歩いた場所にある、スペイン料理のお店。RIGOLETTOの店舗の１つです。
この系列は結構オシャレで独特なお店が多いですが、こちらのお店も例外ではなく、外観からしてオシャレ。夜に伺ったのであいにく写真がありませんが、HPなどで見たまんまです。
内装もオシャレでとっても雰囲気が良いです！飾りすぎていないオシャレ感が良いですね^^居心地が良いです。
さて、メニューですがいろいろな種類があり、どれもとても美味しそう♡食べたいものが多すぎて迷います。
迷った末、生ハム盛り合わせ・海老とマッシュルームのアヒージョ・シーフードパエリア・クレームブリュレにしました。お酒は、季節限定のメロンのモヒートです。
■生ハム盛り合わせ
旨味がたっぷり詰まった、本場の生ハムが3種類いただけます。旨味と辛味が絶妙なサラミをはじめ、クオリティは高いです。雑味がなく、ハム本来の味をしっかりと楽しむことができます。
■海老とマッシュルームのアヒージョ
ぷりぷりの食感の海老です。噛んだ時のぷりっとした食感と、じわ〜っと感じる旨味…やめられないですね♡オリーブオイルと塩との相性が良く、海老の旨味が引き立っています。マッシュルームは香ばしいです。海老のように旨味が強くない分、塩とオリーブオイルの味付けが際立ちます。きのこが好きで、アヒージョも好きな人が楽しむ、少し玄人向けの一品です。
■シーフードパエリア
魚介の旨味がこれでもか！という程濃縮された一品。日本人向けのパエリアのように水分が多いものではなく、本場の少しカリっとした水分の少ない炊き方です。そのため、より素材の旨味がお米に染み込んでいます。口に入れる度に、濃い旨味が広がります。天然素材の旨味なので、濃くてもしつこさは感じず、もっと食べたいと思うほど。見た目も華やかで、味も美味しい一品です☆
■クレームブリュレ
なめらかな食感で、口に入れるとすーっと溶けていきます。甘さはちょうど良く、上品な味わいです。上の部分は深みのあるほろ苦い甘さで、クリームの優しいなめらかな味との対比が楽しめます。これも美味しい♡
ちなみにメロンのモヒートも美味しかったです！メロンの爽やかな甘みが良いですね♡
ラストのアイスカフェラテも、苦味とコクがある、美味しい味でした。
接客も良く、いろいろなことにすぐに気づいてくれます。素晴らしいですね^^
雰囲気も接客も良く、またお料理も美味しいレストランです！
