中目黒駅から徒歩で10分かからないくらいです
まるで普通の住宅の様な外観
暖簾がかかっていてわかりました
和菓子分野で様々な賞を受賞している職人 皆川典雅氏が運営する和菓子店
中目黒駅から徒歩約10分くらい
住宅街にひっそりと行む外観が特徴
揺れる白い暖簾が目印ですぐわかりました
お店では季節の柏餅をはじめ
わらび餅やどら焼きなど伝統的な和菓子もありました
嬉しい事に柏餅がまだあったのでそれを一つと少し日持ちのするどら焼きを買いました
端午の節旬にちなんで家系が絶えないという縁起を込めて作られてる昔ながらの柏餅
こしあん、つぶあん、みそあんの3種類が用意されていて悩みましたがこしあんを選びました
賞を受賞した職人の手作り和菓子は、一つ一つが芸術品のよう
日持ちするどら焼き
御養卵という甘みが強く味の濃い極上卵を使用していました
自家製つぶあんを合わせてふんわりと焼き上げられています
甘みと風味が絶妙！
お茶の時間が一層楽しみになります
訪れるたびに季節ごとの新しい発見と美味しさがあるのでしょう
素敵なお店でまた中目黒に行った際には立ち寄りたいと思ってます
