駒沢通りを中目黒方面にドライブ。
途中の東京医療センターにはたくさんの
マスコミ。おや？何だろと思ってたら
ファイザーのワクチンが搬入され
国民第一号投与者として院長が打った
って後で知るみたいな。
さてと目黒区役所が一般に開放されて
通りかかったお店でラーメン。
何でも夜しかやってない和食屋で
武漢Virusの為にお昼にラーメンを売る
事を決意したみたい。
スープは3種類のカツオと海老のアタマ
アサリから出汁をとった、まんま和食で
ありまする。
肉から出汁を取らない為、鴨肉の
ローストをチャーシューに。出汁を
とったアサリを時雨煮に。他九条ネギ
タケノコの土佐煮と海苔が乗せ物。
脂が無い分すぅ〜と胃に落ちていく。
和食職人が作る渾身の一杯。
ちょっと物足りない感じもしますが
多分、恐らく？いや絶対に体に良い一杯。
