中目黒に向かう蛇崩遊歩道をふらふら歩いている時に発見しましたｗ
お店をのぞくと続々とパンが運び込まれており吸いこまれるように買ってしまいました。
開店直後からかなりの品ぞろえです。個人でされているお店なのに頑張っておられます。
パンを選んで会計までのあいだふと縄屋で買ったジャムももうなくなったしなあと
原材料を見ると材料、洗双糖のみという潔さ！これはきっと美味いに違いないと購入しました。
うーーーーーーーーん！
縄屋のジャムに勝るとも劣らない味ではないか。素晴らしい。
減量の苺やオレンジピールも出来るだけ無農薬にこだわって生産者もわかっておられるようでした。
マーマレードは自宅で使い始めるとすぐなくなってしまい・・また新たなジャムを買わないと。
パンは・・まあまあ美味いですが東京は美味いパン屋の宝庫ですからねぇ。
美味いですが美味すぎるレベルではないと思いました。
営業は週３程度ですがまた買いに行きたいと思います。
