記念すべき400店舗目は近所の毎日通る駅までの道にあるパン屋さん「Shinopan」。
蛇崩川支流緑道沿いの民家の1階で販売されてらっしゃいます。
しかもちょっと入ったところにあるので、天然酵母パンと書かれたのぼりがなかったら
ほぼ気付かないであろうパン屋さんです。
ビタパン150円チーズパン200円
バジルパン220円などなど
小さいながら魅力あるパンメニューです。
店頭にあった、看板を読んでみると
添加物一切なし、国産小麦と自家製酵母を使用した焼きたてパンは
小麦本来の味をたのしめる美味しいパンらしい。
なるほど。
いっちょ買ってみるか^^
お店のショーケースのところにある、ボタンを押すと奥から御兄さんが出てきました。
天然酵母の焼きたて食パン2分の１斤を注文。
家の奥にパンを持って行かれて、カットしてきてもらいます。
お会計をして、自宅で焼いて食べました。
感想は、もっちもちのお米パンにも似た食感。
表面のパンの耳はちょっと硬めですが、旨みが閉じ込められたとっても美味しい味。
ちょっと高いですが、又食べたくなる感じです。
ご馳走様でした。
又買いに来ます。
