焼肉コースは10種類、芝浦コースは13種類、芝浦特選コースは肉のグレードを上級にして14種類が提供される。
どれもコストパフォーマンスが高くていい。
僕は芝浦コースをオーダー。
量的にも満足できる。
それにサラダやライス、ビピン麺や厚切り肉や上タン塩などを追加オーダー。肉はなかなか良くて、タレ以外の塩で食べられるものが多いのもタレで誤魔化す必要のないクオリティで、肉の質が良い証拠だと思う。もちろんタレの方が美味いものもあるのだろうけど、タレの味ではなく肉の味で食べたい僕としては嬉しい。
また、コースの焼肉でサンドイッチやご飯などを卵かけたりして食べさせる佐藤さんのところやよろにくなどの単価上げる戦略も反対ではないが、どの店もそれでは肉をシンプルに主軸に置いて好みの肉で食べ尽くしたい時にどうも選べる店が無くなってきているここ最近では、こういう芝浦さんのようにグレードの良い肉でありながら、肉だけ食べる事ができる店は希少になってきている。
とはいえ、追加オーダーしたビピン麺も美味しかったし、ラストのオレンジヨーグルトのシャーベットも美味しかった。キャベツはよかったが、塩サラダがしょっぱすぎてこれはもう少し仕上がりの塩分のコントロールが必要なのでは？と感じた。
内装は店内は清潔でキレイな内装で個室や半個室が沢山あって、通常のテーブルもテーブルのゆったりさ加減がいい。個室ではないのに個室感がある。落ち着いて食べる事ができるのは嬉しい。
おまけに、スタッフのサービスクオリティが抜群だと言っても言い過ぎではない。すごくみんなコミュニケーションと笑顔が良くって、マニュアル的なサービスではなくて、丁寧ながらしっかり話してくれるし、硬い感じが全然無くて心地よい。
マスクをしているけど、声のトーンや目の表情でわかる笑顔がいい感じ。
ロースターも吸い込み力が強くて煙が出てこなくていい感じ。
