青葉台にあるホルモン屋さん。
ジム終わりでの夕食利用。
そういえば1月29日だったので肉だなと思いまだ来ていなかったこちらに。
神泉の本店にはいったことがありましたがこちらは初訪問。
1人だったのでカウンター席に。テーブル席もあり地下にも席がある模様。
お通しのキャベツが来てまずは緑茶ハイから。
まずはおまかせホルモン3種盛り、サガリ刺し、煮込みSを注文。
1人だったので2人前ベースのおまかせ盛りは1人前にしてもらいました。
レモンサワーにチェンジしてドーナッツと昆布醤油ミノを。
この2つがめちゃうまい。
ドーナッツはカリカリになるまで焼くと酒に合う。
昆布醤油ミノは昆布がミノの旨味を倍増させていますね。
肉の日に肉をガッツリ堪能できました。
