It was my first time eating olive beef and it was delicious! When I ordered MIX, the skirt steak, fillet, and rib roast were all delicious. The fillet was very tender and the MIX came with wasabi and soy sauce, which went well with the fillet. I had the rib roast with garlic sauce, which was also very well-balanced, tender, and delicious with just the right amount of fat. The skirt steak was a little chewy compared to the fillet and rib roast, but I liked it because you could really taste the flavor of the meat. I like lean Steak more than marbled Steak, so I would recommend it to people who like lean Steak! My partner had a 337g rib Steak and ate it all.
