"うなぎ さかた"に行ってきた。

週末の13:00で客は自分1人。
斜め前の"キッチンパンチ"が
大行列していることを考えると、
ちと寂しいか、、、
カウンター席に着いて注文したのは、
"うな重特上"。
すると、約10分足らずでうな重が完成！
うなぎは、ふんわりな仕上がりだが、
火入れが弱く、
皮目のパリッと感など、
焼きにメリハリが無いため、
ややどっぷりしていた。
ただ、他のレビュアーさんが
コメントしているほど、
タレが甘かったり、
ご飯が軟らかかったりする感じはなく、
自分の感覚では、普通でした。
まあ、この内容で3千円台なら、
良いのではないでしょうか！^^
