AFURIつけ麺もあり！
確か···阿夫利(AFURI)は丹沢の大山のことのはず。神社のある水の豊かな山！
柚子塩ラーメンで人気のラーメン屋さんだけれど、つけ麺もあると知り、気になり、やって来ました！そして、美味しいです。
よくある魚介系ではなく、香味のしょうゆ露で、味は濃いめです。
完全キャッシュレス自販機で食券を買ってから、席に案内されます。自販機で悩んでしまいそうですが、選ぶ際に「おすすめ」マークがポップアップしてリードしてくれるので、モタモタせず済みます。今回はしたがってみました。
・甘露、辛露、ゆず露から「甘露」
・並、大盛から「並」
・冷盛り、温盛りからオススメ「冷盛り」
・真空手もみ麺、こんにゃく平打ち麺(+200円)からオススメ「真空手もみ麺」
・鶏チャーシュー、角煮チャーシューからオススメ「角煮チャーシュー」
・今回トッピング無し
運ばれてきた丼の中は、とてもキレイな盛付けです。
トッピング無しで、角煮チャーシュー→白玉(ピンク&白)→煮卵半分→水菜→奥に細切りメンマ→上に刻み海苔と、十分かな？
コシのある中太麺で、濃いめの露にぴったりです。
割りスープは無いのかな？とキョロキョロしましたが、見当たらず&お店の方からの声かけも無かったので、無いのだろう！と、帰宅しましたが、どうやらあったらしい···ちょっと残念(ノ_･､)
次はヴィーガン、いただいてみようかな？

見た目ほど辛くなく、こくのある唐辛子！これは生の唐辛子とのこと。そして柚子の香りが広がりとても美味しい！
自然派の素材ばかりだから、安心していただけます！
炙りチャーシューは歯ごたえあって、しっかり美味しい。
煮卵、細切りメンマ、ネギ、焼きのり、絶妙な組み合わせで、盛付けもキレイ
