This is "AFURI," a famous and popular Ramen shop even for overseas customers. Before going to Tokyo, Mr. AFURI nervously entered the store and was surprised to find such an elegant Ramen in Tokyo. Since then, I have come to Nakameguro just for AFURI. I miss it. There are many restaurant in Tokyo, but the Nakameguro shop is close to the station, so I often see a line, especially during cherry blossom season and lunch time. By the way, the ticket vending machine is cashless, so be careful! The taste and appearance of this Ramen is just so perfect that no matter how many times you eat it, a bite of the sparkling and beautiful Yuzu salt soup will make you happy and delicious. Including the whole wheat noodles that are crunchy and seem to be good for your body and the small roasted pork fillet that is savory, it feels kind to your body (it also seems low in calories) and can be enjoyed while on a diet or at night. Even though it has become more expensive, the reason why it is so popular is that I just want to eat these chewy thin noodles and yuzu salt.
