中目黒駅から徒歩3分。今や海外の方含めても有名人気ラーメン屋さんの「AFURI」さんです。
上京する前、緊張しながら店内に入り東京にはこんなに上品なラーメンがあるのかと驚いたのが
AFURIさんでした。
それ以来AFURIのためだけに中目黒に来たりしていました。懐かしい。
都内にも店舗はたくさんありますが、
中目黒店は駅近なこともあり、
特に桜の時期やランチ時など行列ができているのをよく見かけます。
ちなみに券売機はキャッシュレスなので要注意！
こちらのラーメンはお味も見た目もとにかく完成度が高く
何度食べても、キラキラと美しい柚子塩スープを一口いただくと美味しくて嬉しくなるし
歯応えが良く体に良さそうな全粒粉麺と香ばしく焼かれた小ぶりなチャーシュー含めて
なんだか身体に優しい感じがして（カロリーも低そうで）
ダイエット中でも夜でも美味しくいただけます。

うーん、しかし仕方がないとはいえ
ラーメン価格のインフレは止まらないですねぇ。。。
高くなったとはいえ、
ついこの歯応えの良い細麺と柚子塩を食べたくなってしまうのが
これだけ人気な理由なのかも。
ちなみに日によって味が違うのは気のせいかな？
