私のお席から見えるところに7年前に
「10兆円売り上げの企業をつくる！」
とフルネームで書いている人もいて。
いつ、誰が見るかわからないところにも
大きなビジョンを書けるほどの熱い気持ちが、
かっこいいなと思いました✨
私はこの日、ここの空間に一緒に来た人や
来れなかったメンバーさんを
幸せにする事業をしたいと思いました
オーナーシェフである木下威征シェフは
GAMIN（ギャマン）グループで
"一食入魂"の想いを胸に
お客様が笑顔になる料理を
という想いで経営されているそうです。
お料理が美味しいことはもちろん、
私たちのグループのサプライズや
お部屋の書き込みに、一般人も書いていいような

『ふわふわスフレオムレツ トリュフがけ』
が甘みがあり、
ふわふわでとっても美味しい
鮮魚はサーモンのミキュイで

食感もよく美味しくいただきました！
そして鉄板といえばのお肉メニュー。
私はハンバーグをオーダーしましたが
中までじっくり温まり
