東京都目黒区青葉台にあります、香家中目黒店さんに御邪魔しました。
中目黒駅から山手通りをそのまま新宿方面に歩いたところにあります。
3オペで2名が女性でした。感じの良い方です。
カウンターとテーブルがありテーブルに通されました。
担々麺がメインの店で4種から選べます。
鬼担々麺 青鬼担々麺
姫担々麺
麻辣汁なし担々麺
日式汁なし担々麺です。
上から辛い順です。
せっかくなので青鬼担々麺を頂戴します。
6分ほどで着麺。唐辛子が刺さっている感じでいいですね。
どうやらこれが鬼を指しており、2本だと赤鬼になるみたいです。
麺は加水のストレート中細で辛さが引き立ちますね。
プースーも確かに辛い。でも美味しい。
具は挽肉と唐辛子と刻みネギといったシンプルなモノ。
たまにはこういう辛いのも美味しいですね。
