今日は友人と中目黒にある幻のユッケが食べられるお店に行ってきました。店内は和を基調とした落ち着いた雰囲気で、特別なシーンにぴったりの雰囲気でした。
こちらは【目黒区保健所可済】"幻のユッゲ"が大人気。その理由は、肉の卸業者だからこそ提供できる極上の和牛だからです。店の系列に肉の卸し問屋を持つこちらのお店では、希少部位の厳選和牛など肉の特徴や味の違いを楽しむことができるそうです。中でも人気なのは「お肉の刺身やユッケ」です。
今回注文したのは焼肉コースで、6,800円でした。
こちらは料理の一つ一つが素晴らしい味わいでした。まず、キムチの盛り合わせは、ピリッとした辛さと酸味が絶妙で、食欲をそそる一品でした。大根ときゅうり、白菜のキムチで、野菜のシャキシャキ感が残りつつ、しっかりとした味わいが楽しめました。
そして、幻のユッケは、店ならではの逸品でした。肉の鮮度と旨みが存分に楽しめました。上にのっているうずらの卵黄が、まろやかな風味を加え、さらに深い味わいにしてくれました。口に入れた瞬間に広がる肉の旨みは、まさに幻のような味わいでした。
肉寿司は、酢飯との相性が抜群で、口の中で肉の柔らかさと酢飯の爽やかさが溶け合って、絶妙なバランスを生み出しました。各部位の食べ比べも楽しみながら、異なる肉の味わいを堪能することができました。
わかめスープは、優しい味わいで、身体を温める一品でした。深い味わいのスープに、プリプリのわかめが絶妙に絡んで、食事の満足感を高めてくれました。
塩のりサラダは、シンプルながらも美味しい味わいで、塩のりの風味がさっぱりとした野菜と相性抜群でした。
焼肉は、各部位の特徴を存分に堪能できるように厳選されており、焼くたびに肉の旨みが引き立ち、口の中で広がる味わいは格別でした。牛タンはコリコリとした食感と肉の旨みがよくてレモンでさっぱりいただきました。カルビは肉の甘みと脂身の旨みが絶妙に絡み合い、ロースはタレで味付けされていて焼くことで香ばしさが増し、ハラミは柔らかさと肉の旨みが存分に楽しめました。ワサビと塩で味付けされており、ワサビの爽やかさと相性が抜群でした。
クラッカーのせバニラアイスは、バニラアイスの甘さと、クラッカーのサクサク感が絶妙で、食事の締めくくりとして最適でした。
全体を通して、料理の一つ一つが丁寧に作られ、素材の旨みが存分に引き出されていました。食事を通して、和牛の贅沢な味わいを堪能できる贅沢なコースでした。
お店の雰囲気も料理も最高で、また訪れたいと思います。ご馳走様でした。
